The Opportunity
12 Month Maternity Leave Contract. We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales & Design Administration Assistant to support our General Manager - Bedding and the wider product team in a dynamic and creative environment. This role combines administration, coordination, and creative support responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, building relationships, and working both independently and collaboratively. You will play an important role in supporting product presentations, managing fabric samples, coordinating with fabric mills, and assisting with the development of lookbooks, mood boards, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities Administrative & Coordination Support
* Liaise with fabric mills regarding sample requests, pricing, and deliveries
* Track and coordinate sample roll deliveries to ensure deadlines are met
* Maintain accurate spreadsheets, records, and inventory systems
* Organise and categorise sample materials for easy team access
* Support cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
* Assist with data entry, filing, and general administration duties
Creative & Presentation Support
* Assist in creating lookbooks and mood boards
* Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations for meetings and launches
* Support the setup and presentation of product ranges in the design studio
* Help maintain a visually organised and inspiring design workspace
* Assist with coordinating internal and external presentations, events, and launches
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be proactive, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
You Will Also Bring
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* The ability to work independently and take initiative
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
* A creative eye and interest in design or presentation styling
* Previous experience in administration, sales support, design coordination, or a similar role will be highly regarded
