Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking reliable and hands on Manufacturing Technicians / Press Operators to join the Day Shift team in Campbellfield. These are ongoing opportunities offering full time hours with a genuine view to permanency for the right people.
Shift
Monday to Thursday
4:30am to 2:30pm
5:30am to 3:30pm

Duties
* Preparing raw materials for production processes
* Feeding materials into mould heating ovens
* Operating and assisting with press machinery
* Assisting with mould setups and product changeovers
* Deflashing, trimming, sanding, buffing and finishing products
* Using hand and power tools
* Conducting visual quality inspections on finished products
* Cleaning and preparing products for dispatch
* Manual handling and general production duties
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
* Previous experience within manufacturing or production environments
* Experience operating machinery or production equipment is advantageous
* Plastics, rubber, press operation or injection moulding experience is highly regarded
* Comfortable working in warm industrial environments around ovens and machinery
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling
* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
* Excellent punctuality, reliability and attendance
* Ability to work well within a team environment
