**The Role**
The National Business Manager will deliver on critical processes and work closely with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations, with this role being pivotal in bringing new ideas and initiatives to the business, through category led thinking.
- Implement more streamlined processes and structures into the business
- Have strong strategic capabilities coupled with strong communication skills and high business acumen
- Lead and manage the delivery of critical processes including range reviews, category reviews and joint business/category plans
- Utilise data and analytics to generate category insights and accurate forecasting.

**Background**
- Experience working in an agile and lean business would be highly regarded
- Experience leading category reviews across Grocery or Retail
- Strong experience as a National Account Manager within an FMCG environment.
- Excellent relationship and influencing skills with ability to influence cross functionally.
- Experience working in data driven environments
