The Role
We're seeking a motivated Digital Growth Consultant / Business Development Manager to join our team. This hybrid role blends sales expertise with consultative strategy — connecting with business owners, discovering their challenges, and showing how Bleo can transform their marketing.
Day to day, you'll:
* Handle inbound enquiries and conduct discovery calls with prospective clients.
* Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting .
* Craft tailored proposals and deliver them in a compelling, consultative way.
* Follow up on leads with persistence and professionalism.
* Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
* Drive new business revenue by selling Bleo's digital marketing services across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
Location & Flexibility
This opportunity is based at our Gold Coast HQ, where you'll thrive in a collaborative, creative environment. If you have strong sales results, discipline, and the ability to manage leads and pipelines, you can work from anywhere in Australia. Non-negotiables:

* Maintain timely servicing and follow-up of leads

What We're Looking For
* A proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within digital marketing or related industries.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex marketing solutions.
* Confidence running Zoom or in-person sales calls, from discovery through to signed proposals.
* A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset .
* Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves the challenge of growing something great.
