UFS Healthcare are looking for a motivated Practice Lead to join our team at our newest medical centre, helping shape the culture, operations and success of a growing healthcare service. We're looking for a passionate and motivated professional to lead the daily operations of a thriving medical practice. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position — with your weekends free — offering the opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care while leading a supportive and energetic team.
About the role:
In this role, you will:
* Drive the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring efficient operations and an exceptional patient experience.
* Collaborate closely with medical and administrative staff to create a seamless, high-quality care environment.
* Be the friendly and supportive point of contact for patients, fostering a welcoming and compassionate atmosphere.
* Monitor and enhance practice performance, identifying opportunities to improve processes and patient outcomes.
* Maintain high standards of compliance and safety, ensuring the practice operates within all health regulations.
* Lead, motivate and inspire a dynamic team, helping everyone perform at their best.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Relevant Experience : Previous experience working in a medical practice or healthcare environment is essential.
* Exceptional Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal, organisational and multitasking abilities, with the confidence to manage a busy front desk and coordinate multiple priorities.
* Technical Confidence : Comfortable using medical software, appointment systems and general office technology.
* A Proactive Mindset : A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and approach challenges with a calm, positive attitude.
* A Genuine Passion for Patient Care : Friendly, compassionate and approachable, with a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience.
