* Oversee project delivery, service responsiveness, and team performance across a wide range of electronic systems — from CCTV and alarms to networks and access control.

Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a growing technical team fostering collaboration and team success.
* Provide technical guidance and advice on Electronic Security and Access Control systems (including but not limited to: CCTV, alarms, access control, AV, data cabling, IT networks).
* Oversee the pricing and installation of electronics work (projects and service jobs), including scope of works, variations, and delivery outcomes.
* Oversee resource allocation, process improvements, and workflow efficiency.
* Ensure a high standard of communication, both written and verbal, across all levels – internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
* Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor commercial impacts.
* Stay ahead of emerging technologies and encourage innovation.
* Use and maintain job management/HR systems.
* Handle escalations and customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction remains the top priority.
* Support continuous business growth by delivering high-quality service and strong leadership.
Requirements
* Proven success as a confident, professional leader, with experience managing and developing teams.
* Strong technical grounding in electronic security systems and IT networks.
* Demonstrated project management skills, including budgeting and resource planning.
* Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
* Commercial awareness and ability to balance costs, quality, and service outcomes.
* Project management experience, with an eye for detail around scope of works and variations.
* A proactive mindset with the drive to take charge and deliver results.
