Job Title: Product Flow Specialist
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will execute downstream documental processes for chosen brands at a regional level, ensuring accuracy and adhering to timing and priorities.
This role entails executing all process activities related to documental flow as per defined timings and priorities. The individual will provide dedicated and proactive tracking of projects and escalate criticalities when necessary.
The person in this role will work with marketing teams to receive timely and complete inputs on planned projects and support them about deadlines and needed actions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Execution of product request (RDP) process for assigned brands
* Regular interaction/meetings with marketing teams to collect information about portfolio, planned/upcoming activities, and creation of needed product requests (RDP1)
* Creation of product requests (RDP1) according to defined group calendars and priority clusters for the area
* Creation of connections between product requests (RDP1) and needed artworks generating an RDP2
* Monitoring of timings for correct RDP2 execution and highlighting possible criticalities to the supervisor
* Generation of retro timing for new projects with clear steps and due dates to be shared with stakeholders involved in the flow
* Execution of artwork flow for assigned brands
* Assessment and organization of general information impacting artwork creation
* Interaction with integrated documental planner function, category, and area PFM, legal teams, as per need
* Regular interaction/meetings with marketing teams to assess artworks which need to be created
* Support to marketing and/or direct execution of template requests
* Creation of artwork requests and briefs, management of artwork approval process
* Coordination with integrated documental planner to monitor artwork execution of priority clusters/critical items
* Monitoring as per need 'last mile' activities in the process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or related field
* 1-3 years' experience in PFM or related field
* Knowledge of marketing concepts and specifically of Ferrero products
* Knowledge of MS Office and IT systems for data input and data retrieve
* Strong communication skills and proactive attitude to build and keep good relationships between actors involved in coordinating activities
* Very good English language both written and oral
