Position: Audiology Partner – New Business Opening (Stroud, UK). Salary: Up to £50,000 (basic) + dividends (expected earnings £80k‑£100k in year one).
About the role
Specsavers invites an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become a New Store Partner, Director and Business Owner. You will build the audiology business and team from the ground up, using an initial investment to purchase shares, while receiving a guaranteed salary and the opportunity to earn profits as dividends. Your focus will be on growing the customer base and establishing a high‑performing, customer‑centric team.
