**THE TEAM**:
As trusted business advisors, the Australian Finance team carry an important role, working together with our stakeholders, customers, brand owners and suppliers to support CCEP's journey toward becoming Australia's Beverages Powerhouse, with the recent integration of the Australian Beverages and Alcohol & Coffee businesses, we have created a strong, integrated Finance structure designed and aligned to support our strategy, vision and key stakeholders. **THE ROLE**:
Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner you will support in managing the capital portfolio within the Australian business. Your responsibilities will include partnering with Senior Business Unit leaders to achieve annual capital targets and support wider supply chain initiatives as well as finance partnering for Network Optimisation and Program Delivery teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing total capital spend for Actual/Forecast/Budget.
- Business partnering across supply chain to support key projects & initiatives.
- Reviewing major capital business case submissions and validate key financial metrics.
- Presenting/chairing at various monthly capital forums to senior leaders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to highlight and provide recommendations with respect to future opportunities and risks to performance and tracking of capital insights.
- Managing Actual/Forecast/Budget for Optimisation & Program Delivery indirects expense.
- Ad-hoc support on Capital, Network Optimisation, Program Delivery & wider supply chain deliverables.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce or Accounting
- CA/CPA qualifications highly regarded
- 5+ years' experience in senior commercial roles, partnering with General Manager or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-finance professionals to build commercial awareness and understanding;
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholders understanding the objectives of all parties and identifying associated risk and opportunities;
- Strong influencing capability, anticipates issues in advance and manages conflict; constructively challenges decisions leveraging data insights;
- Advanced analytical thinking capability.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- SAP ECC and BPC experience (preferred)
