Key responsibilities:
Lead finance, administration, and risk functions with strong governance and control frameworks.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring full compliance with ASX and regulatory requirements.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic growth.
- Lead investor relations and capital management, including engagement with analysts and funding partners.
- Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and processes to support scalability.
- Provide commercial insight and strategic advice to the CEO and Board.
About you:
- Proven experience in a CFO or senior finance leadership role, ideally within ASX-listed, growth-stage, or start-up environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in a lean structure with a hands-on approach.
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or similar industries will be highly regarded.
