As a Production Leader at our Merrifield site, you will empower high-performing teams to safely and efficiently deliver production outcomes in a highly automated environment. You will play a pivotal role in enabling your team to succeed by ensuring they have the right resources, coaching, and leadership support.

With a strong focus on safety, quality, and cost, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, guiding team-based problem solving and driving impactful operational enhancements. This role is ideal for a hands‐on leader who thrives in a people‐centric environment and is motivated to run the business as if it were their own, contributing to long‐term growth and innovation.
