We currently have a number of opportunities available for capable and experienced labourers for work with a road maintenance team based at Port Macquarie.
This role will involve working full time hours of work (8.5 hours/day - 76 hour/9 day fortnight) and is expected to go until the end of June with the possibility of extension. A start of work ASAP is required. An attractive hourly pay rate is being offered, including overtime penalty rates for additional hours of work.
Successful Applicants will need;
* current WHS White Card
* licence - essential,with MR licence or above a distinct advantage, but not essential
* traffic control tickets - or willingness to obtain
* Worker On Foot card - or willingness to obtain(online link able to be provided for successful applicant to be completed as part of on-boarding process)
* good all round fitness for manual work tasks
* previous experience with road construction or maintenance would be a distinct advantage
Applicants will need to be fit for physically demanding work and be a genuine team player.
