Working under general direction, you will apply your skills to accurately sort, accession and prepare specimens in line with established protocols. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure the correct handling, storage and transport of specimens, contributing to the smooth functioning of laboratory operations. In this role, you will also be the first point of contact for internal and external customer enquiries, providing professional, courteous and timely responses. Your ability to manage competing tasks, prioritise workloads and maintain accuracy in data entry will be critical to supporting the laboratory team in delivering high-quality diagnostic services to patients and healthcare providers.
