The Opportunity
Join the Monash Addiction Research Centre in a role that plays an integral part in delivering high‑quality research services that support the Centre's operations. This position will contribute to NHMRC and MRFF funded projects by coordinating research activities, engaging with experts and stakeholders and helping to develop operating procedures that uphold rigorous research standards.
This role manages a wide range of research and administrative functions that support the full lifecycle of research projects and will work closely with researchers, clinical experts, Centre staff and students to ensure research activities progress smoothly within a safe and compliant environment. These functions include coordinating trials, organising meetings and events, undertaking quantitative and qualitative data collection and contributing to the preparation of reports and documentation for research leaders and funding bodies.
The position is well suited to someone with a relevant degree, supported by strong analytical, technical research skills and research experience. Success in the role will also be enabled by excellent organisational capability, effective project coordination and experience preparing ethics applications, research reports and manuscripts using referencing software.
