About the Role
This is a casual and part-time opportunity to join our Deeragun store team. You'll be working closely with customers to understand their pet care needs and provide expert advice on our range of products.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits and applications
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results
* Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to enhance the shopping experience
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
* Strong merchandising skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently
