About the role
Our client seeks to hire a strong Key Account Manager Ruminants with demonstrated achievements in growing businesses with Key Accounts in the ruminant sector in southern Australia.
Main Responsibilities
(must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)
•Lead the development and implementation of the key account strategy
•Plan, organize, and lead all business development and sales initiatives. Set annual sales, gross margin and business development targets for each product and key account
•Create a deep customer understanding while building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers in each key account
Collaborate actively with the marketing and technical team to develop suitable product / service strategies and position Phibro’s value proposition aligned with industry trends and customer’s needs
Requirements
Education / Experience / Skills
•Degree in animal nutrition/animal health/veterinary medicine or other relevant discipline
•A seasoned professional with minimum 5 years of working in the Ruminant industry in Australia
•Having held similar or related positions in the past. Possessing established and demonstrated business relationships with Key Ruminant accounts in Australia
•Strong understanding of the Ruminant Nutritional sectors as well as medicated feed ingredients
