Junior Secondary Leader
Job Description:
The Junior Secondary Leader is responsible for leading and managing the junior secondary education program at our school. This includes developing and implementing curriculum plans, assessing student progress, and working with teachers to improve instructional practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the junior secondary education program
* Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of all students
* Assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
* Collaborate with teachers to improve instructional practices and student outcomes
* Manage and supervise a team of teachers and staff members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Education or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in educational leadership
* Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
