Quest Townsville on Eyre offers newly refurbished serviced apartment accommodation in the heart of Townsville. We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming, professional, and memorable stay for all our guests.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive and lasting impression. Casual position with full time hours available for the right candidate. Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out processes
* Handling reservations and enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Providing local information and recommendations
* Managing guest requests promptly and professionally
* Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting the housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
* Ensuring the reception area is presented to a high standard
About You
* Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
* Experience with property management systems
