The Role
We're on the hunt for a Front of House Manager to lead our incredible Taphouse team.
You'll be hands-on in the venue, guiding our crew through busy weekends, special events, and everyday service — ensuring every guest leaves with a smile (and probably a story to tell).
You'll be the face of the floor — keeping service smooth, energy high, and team morale strong. You'll also work closely with the leadership team to plan and deliver events and functions, bringing memorable experiences to life for our guests and community.
Alongside your people and service focus, you'll take ownership of key operational areas — helping to drive performance, efficiency, and innovation across the venue.
The successful candidate will be ideally able to get involved with the team as soon as possible.

What You'll Bring
* Experience leading restaurant and bar teams in a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of P&Ls and the ability to deep-dive into venue performance
* Proven ability to implement innovative, revenue-driving ideas across food, beverage, and entertainment
* Experience writing efficient rosters, managing labour costs, and investigating stock variances
* Familiarity with venue systems and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
* A positive, hands-on leadership style that inspires confidence and teamwork
* A genuine love for hospitality, people, and creating memorable moments
* Knowledge of Impos, SevenRooms, Deputy, and Me&U is a big plus
* Australian work rights are required for this position

* Ambitious and eager to learn, with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Holds a current RSA
* Ready to jump in and help the team succeed every day
