Employment Type: Permanent part time position (4 hours per week) Location: Flexible working arrangements NSW In this role, you will assist therapists in obtaining clinical outcomes with families, maintaining safety, diagnosing and treating adults and children with significant mental health problems, and helping with hospitalisation when needed. MST (Multisystemic Therapy) is an empirically based and internationally proven treatment model developed through more than 30 years of applied research. Our MST program is designed specifically for young people and focuses on changing the factors linked to anti-social and offending behaviour across individual, family, peer, school/vocational, and community systems. A working knowledge of the culture and strengths of the families within the MST-CAN population.
