Opportunity: You will have the opportunity to work on landmark commercial, residential, and mixed-use construction projects with leading builders and developers across Australia. Current and upcoming opportunities include high-rise residential developments, large-scale commercial builds, and complex infrastructure projects valued up to $250M. These opportunities will see you leading projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with senior leadership teams, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure successful project delivery. You will be responsible for programme management, stakeholder coordination, procurement oversight, subcontractor management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, risk management, and driving overall project performance across commercial, residential, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments. Relocation support and flexibility may be available depending on the opportunity. It is highly desirable that applicants have prior experience within tier 1, tier 2, or large-scale commercial construction environments, with the ability to drive strong commercial outcomes and contribute effectively within fast-paced project teams.
