Your new role
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. One day you might be on-site meeting stakeholders, the next in a boardroom discussing hiring strategies with national clients. You'll have full autonomy to manage the recruitment process, including:
* Building a diverse client network through business development and industry events
* Designing and executing sourcing strategies within your specialist sector
* Collaborating with colleagues locally and across sectors

What you'll need to succeed
Whether you have 2 years or 10 years' experience, you'll thrive in a 360-recruitment role and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. You are:
