About the role
We are seeking an experienced and organised Administration Officer to join our dynamic team at Evans and Hearn Accountants. This full-time position will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our busy office while supporting our accounting professionals.
What you'll be doing
* Manage a wide range of administrative tasks, including document filing, data entry, and correspondence.
* Provide excellent customer service to clients, both in-person and via phone and email.
* Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and events
* Communicating with the ATO and other Government agencies
* Support the accounting team with various tasks and projects as required
* Contribute to the overall efficiency and organisation of the office
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and office equipment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
