JD: CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT – Full Time | $60,000 + Super | Eltee HQ – Erina, NSW (On site)
Overview
At Eltee Sydney, we make period underwear that keeps girls in sport. This role is the engine room of the business – you’ll keep the shop humming, orders flying, customers smiling, and stock moving – both in‑store and online.
Responsibilities
Customer Care & Ecommerce Support
- Respond to ecommerce customer queries about orders, returns, and fit advice
- Process exchanges and refunds with clarity and care
- Greet in‑store visitors, offer fit advice, and solve small issues on the spot
- Provide first‑line support for US warehouse enquiries
Operations & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels across our Australian and international warehouses
- Track incoming deliveries and manage communication with our 3PL partners
- Create and manage purchase orders as required
- Refill stock from the overstock facility proactively
- Pack express, PR, and on‑seller orders
- Track new stock arrivals and prep for restocks
- Monitor packaging and operational supplies to reorder before levels run low
- Keep the shop tidy, organised, and guest‑ready
Ecommerce & Admin Support
- Update and maintain product listings or details in Shopify when needed
- Monitor online orders for accuracy and timing
- Track fulfilment issues and liaise with packers or couriers
- Assist with online sales reports and data tracking
- Contribute practical ideas to improve efficiency and flow
Creative Input
- Stay across social media trends and contribute content ideas
- Be comfortable on camera (we film a lot, and it’s meant to be fun)

- Stock and inventory are well‑managed and always up to date
- The shop and workspace stay organised, stocked, and ready for visitors
- Customers feel looked after because you’ve answered questions accurately and with care
- The ecommerce side runs smoothly, with minimal delivery or order issues
- You anticipate needs before they become problems
- You bring steady energy, initiative, and reliability to the room
