About the Role
The primary role is to develop and lead learning initiatives, advise stakeholders, and contribute to the overall strategy.
* Lead Primero's Graduate Program and Apprentice Program.
* Identify training needs within the business for white-collar roles with an outcome to co-ordinate relevant training programs.
* Maintain the central learning hub by managing the learning calendar and events, updating learning news, and resources.
* Coordinate Development Programs such as Leadership Program, Supervisor Foundation Program.
* Support the Onboarding process for new employees, including creating engaging e-learning modules and onboarding material.
* Manage corporate training needs via Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and development requests.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Tertiary qualifications in Learning and Development or Human Resources.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Learning and Development role within an engineering or construction company.
* Previous experience managing Learning and Development programs.
* Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively across all levels.
* Strong Microsoft skills and computer literacy.
* A passion for Learning and Development.
* A curious mindset with a proactive approach to seek knowledge and problem solve.
* Team-focused approach contributing to a continuous improvement culture.
