Personal Assistant to High Performing Residential Sales Agent

We're looking for a motivated and organised Personal Assistant to support a high-performing residential sales agent. You'll be playing a key role across administration, marketing, client coordination, and various other day-to-day activities.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing day-to-day admin and keeping everything running smoothly
* Maintaining CRM systems and client databases
* Preparation of contracts, proposals and listing documentation
* Coordinating marketing and social media activity
* Communicating with clients, solicitors, photographers and internal teams
* Assisting with and undertaking letterbox drops as part of ongoing prospecting and campaign activity
* Supporting smooth transactions from listing to settlement
About You:
* Real estate support experience is essential
* Organised, proactive and detail-focused
* Confident communicator who enjoys working with people
* Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
* Tech-savvy and solutions-oriented
