Full‐Time Residential Role | Port Hedland, WA | 12‐Hour Shifts (Mon–Fri) with weekend opportunities

Goodline is seeking an experienced Commercial or Civil Plumber to join our growing Port Hedland team, working across three active mine sites and Australia's largest mining company's port facilities.
This is a full‐time residential role offering strong earning potential, excellent employment benefits, and the opportunity to work on some of the most significant mining infrastructure projects in the country.

The Role
* 12‐hour shifts, Monday to Friday
* Opportunity for weekend work with penalty rates
* Perform large‐scale plumbing maintenance and installation across mine sites and port infrastructure
* Work on major industrial systems — not just minor repairs
* Carry out pipe installation, maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades
* Operate independently and as part of a tight‐knit crew
* Work closely with established long‐term clients and supervisors
This role suits commercial or civil plumbers with experience in mining or heavy industrial environments who want consistent full‐time employment without FIFO rosters.
Employment Package
This is a full‐time position offering:
* Penalty rates
* 12‐hour days Monday–Friday

* $700 per week LAFHA (Living Away From Home Allowance)

What You'll Need
Mandatory:
* Trade Certificate
* WA Plumbing Licence or able to obtain
* Construction Induction (White Card)
* Working at Heights
* Confined Space
Highly Regarded:
* Commercial, Civil or Mining Experience
* Pipe fitting, butt welding, and poly welding experience/tickets
* Gas fitting
* HR Licence
* Operator tickets
