The role:

Commercial Market Director – Lead Growth Across the Nordics

Are you a senior commercial leader with deep knowledge of the Nordics market? Do you thrive in driving growth, forging strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams?We areseeking a Commercial Market Director to oversee and expand our presence in the Nordic region. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for commercial strategy, market development, and client success across key verticals including financial services, travel, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth and gross margin performance in the Nordics, aligned with regional and global strategies.

Lead execution of market-specific plans, tailoring global propositions to meet local customer and partner needs.

Build and expand strategic relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry bodies across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

Identify emerging opportunities in the Nordic market to shape and launch new products and propositions.

Collaborate with global teams in business development, partnerships, product, operations, and marketing to deliver on business objectives.

Represent Collinson across industry forums, maintaining a strong and credible presence in the region.

Ideal Candidate:

10+ years of senior leadership experience, including Managing Director or Commercial Director roles in global or regional businesses.

Strong understanding of the commercial, consumer, and competitive landscape in the Nordics.

Proven track record in developing business, leading client engagements, and delivering commercial success in matrixed environments.

Well-networked in financial services, insurance, and/or travel sectors within the Nordic region.

Experienced in sales leadership, team development, and high-level stakeholder management.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, both in English and ideally one Nordic language.
