Account Coordinator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as an Account Coordinator. In this exciting junior-level position, you will support our NSW sales team in delivering high-quality advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Your role will involve assisting account managers and directors with day-to-day tasks, including brief responses, pitch decks, and forecasting ad inventory. You will also be responsible for entering bookings into our sales system, managing creative deadlines, and communicating with clients to ensure campaign success.
* Support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales support for clients advertising on display, branded content, podcast, eDM, and print products
* Work closely with account managers and directors to assist with day-to-day workload
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in programmatic knowledge, work with innovative content ideas, and create sales collateral to support client campaigns.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, confident, and enthusiastic about learning. They will have a working knowledge of the media industry, an interest in and understanding of the Guardian brand, and exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
