We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Sales Administration Manager to lead our high-performing sales administration team and ensure the delivery of efficient, accurate, and customer-focused sales support across our Group.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group Administration Manager, you will oversee the Group’s sales admin function, managing a team of Sales Administrators and driving process improvement, systems optimisation, and stakeholder engagement. Your leadership will ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in sales support processes, helping our sales team achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Administrators across multiple branches.
* Develop, implement, and maintain policies, processes, and systems to optimise sales activities.
* Oversee sales reporting, reconciliations, and project management for sales admin initiatives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on stock ordering, allocation, and the Forward Order Program.
* Provide training on sales-related processes and systems.
* Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in performance.
* Foster collaboration between sales, service, parts, and administration teams.
About You
You will be an engaging leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through efficient administration processes. You will bring:
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* High digital literacy, including MS Office (Excel, Power BI, Planner, OneNote).
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in a dealership environment is desirable.
