APAC Plumbing and Fire is a growing Queensland-based plumbing and fire services company. We are built on integrity, generosity, and community, and we're looking for a solution-oriented Office Administrator who brings a positive attitude and takes ownership of their work.

This role sits at the centre of the business. If you like fixing problems, keeping people organised, and being relied on, you'll fit in.


The Role


You'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including:

* Answering and managing inbound calls professionally
* Scheduling plumbing and fire service jobs efficiently
* Providing PA support to the Managing Director (diary management, follow-ups, coordination)
* Daily use of Simpro (job creation, scheduling, compliance, invoicing support)
* Preparing and lodging Council applications
* Processing QBCC forms and compliance documentation
* General office administration, document control, and client liaison

This is a hybrid role, working both remotely and from the office. You'll need to be reliable, organised, and able to work independently.


About You


You will ideally have:

* Previous experience in plumbing, fire services, construction, or trade administration
* Hands-on experience with Simpro (essential)
* Experience with Council and QBCC documentation
* Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
* A solution-focused mindset – you look for answers, not excuses
* A positive, can-do attitude and pride in doing things properly
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
