Redpath Partners are exclusively partnering with a well-capitalised, privately owned property development group delivering large-scale, high-quality residential and mixed-use projects across Sydney. With an active and expanding pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to gain broad exposure across landmark developments while working within a highly professional and collaborative team environment.
You'll support projects from early feasibility and planning through to construction, delivery and settlement, gaining genuine end-to-end development experience on complex, city-shaping projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the full development lifecycle across feasibility, planning, design coordination, construction delivery and settlements
* Assist with feasibility modelling, project budgets, cashflows and reporting
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, councils and service authorities to maintain program and approvals timeframes
* Support preparation and management of DAs, CCs and planning authority submissions
* Track design development, manage documentation and assist with value management initiatives
* Monitor construction progress, assist with issue resolution and support contract administration
* Prepare internal reports, briefing papers and documentation for senior leadership
* Assist with marketing, sales coordination, purchaser queries and settlement processes

About You
* 1+ years' experience in an Assistant Development Manager or related development role
* Exposure to large-scale residential or mixed-use development projects
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning, Engineering or a related discipline
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
* Commercially minded, proactive and keen to learn
* A strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
