SUMMARY: Responsible for the maintenance and sanitation of service operations.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)
* Transports Food & Beverage products, equipment and furniture to and from dining and storage areas.
* Maintains an effective working relationship and excellent Guest service with all Team Members and Guests.
* Cleans dishware, all production equipment, and floors.
* Removes trash from work areas.
* Assists in replenishing/restocking buffet and side stations.
* Assists in receiving and putting food products away in storage areas.
* Assists in maintaining general dining areas and storage area.
* Assists other Team Members when needed.
* Maintains the cleanliness of the general kitchen area.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements
* Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit.
* Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe certification or have proof of current certification.
* Must have ability to communicate effectively with Supervisors and other Team Members.
* Must present a clean, well-groomed appearance and wear the appropriate uniform.
* Must possess a cooperative and friendly nature.
* Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
* Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
* Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
* Must possess ability to communicate proficiently in English and follow directions effectively.
Physical Demands
* Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
* Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
* Required to work around moving machinery with possible exposure to vibration, dust, gas, steam or chemicals.
Work Environment
* Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment.
* Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
* Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
* Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
