About the Role:

Title: Group Director of Sales EVT Hotels & Resorts | ELEVATED & COMFORT

Reports to: General Manager Sales | EVT Hotels & Resorts

Position Overview:

EVT Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Director of Sales to lead our Elevated & Comfort Hotels portfolio. This role is focused on securing future business opportunities, managing major accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will provide guidance and mentorship to team members, collaborate with all brands and foster strong relationships with key industry partners and Hotel sales teams.

Required skills and experience will include:

* Demonstrated Sales leadership experience with multi property portfolio's
* Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into action
* Demonstrated experience in managing communication campaigns using a variety of channels, working both proactively and reactively
* Outstanding relationship builder, across the business with the ability to partner with key stakeholders
* Demonstrated successful track record in developing and delivering new products and services with clear marketing strategies and ROI
* Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
* Track record in business transformation
* Creative thinking with high level attention to detail
* Exceptional project management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders

The Group Director of Sales for the EVT LUXURY & URBAN Hotels portfolio is a critical leadership role dedicated to securing future business opportunities within the Luxury and Lifestyle market. This position will cultivate a sophisticated base of major accounts, drive revenue growth, while promoting and developing the Luxury & Urban portfolio's and Sales teams the EVT way.
