About the Role:
* This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our critical care team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide patient-centered care to critically ill patients, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Monitor and manage patient conditions, including ventilation, hemodynamics, and other critical care parameters.
* Contribute to education and training programs to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
* Support the development of policies and procedures related to critical care nursing.
Requirements:
* Postgraduate Certificate in Intensive/Critical Care or Emergency Nursing.
* At least 2 years of clinical experience in a large regional or tertiary Critical Care Unit.
* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
