How You'll Spend Your Time
This is a full time role with regular hours
* Operating across multiple areas of plant activity, including production, batching, dispatch, and materials handling, depending on site needs
* Safely and efficiently running plant operations to ensure consistent production output and uptime
* Loading and dispatching trucks, ensuring correct product handling, sequencing, and documentation
* Managing raw materials, including ordering, receiving, and stock coordination to support continuous operations
* Maintaining accurate production records across both digital systems and manual logs
* Meeting and reporting daily production quantities, ensuring outputs are accurately tracked and reconciled
* Conducting on-site quality assurance checks to ensure product consistency and compliance with specifications
* Operating forklifts and other site equipment as required
* Working independently across a range of tasks, exercising sound judgement within defined procedures
* Maintaining a strong focus on safety at all times and contributing to a safe, well‐run site environment
* Identifying hazards, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve plant performance, safety, and workflow
* Supporting general site operations to ensure a clean, organised, and efficient working environment
About You - Essential
* Current forklift licence, with experience operating in an industrial, warehouse or production environment.
* Experience in batching, plant operations, manufacturing, dispatch, warehousing or similar hands‐on industrial work.
* Strong commitment to WHS, safe work practices and disciplined operating procedures.
* Comfortable working across multiple operational areas rather than one fixed task.
* Able to work independently, prioritise tasks and adapt to changing site requirements.
* Strong attention to detail in record keeping, production reporting and quality control.
* Practical, reliable and comfortable in a physically active, hands‐ons industrial environment.
* Proactive in identifying hazards, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.Experience with pumps, tanks, valves, hoses, IBCs, bulk bags or liquid transfer systems.
* Basic mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting experience
About You - Highly Regarded
* Experience in fertiliser, chemical, agricultural, food, concrete, batching or process manufacturing operations.
* Exposure to dangerous goods handling.
* Experience handling nitric acid, fertiliser products, alkaline materials or other industrial chemicals.
* First aid, working at heights, EWP, confined space or other relevant site tickets.
