Key Responsibilities:
Our Commercial Property Management portfolio is constantly growing and a key area of focus for us. We are currently on the lookout for a great Commercial Property Manager to join our team.
Ideally you will have experience in the role as you will be able to work autonomously and have responsibility for many key properties in the Gladstone Area. We work with many fantastic clients and also have great tenants.
We are one of the few agencies in Gladstone who specialise in commercial property management, so this is your opportunity to shine as we are very actively working on our commercial portfolio growth.

Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in commercial property management or similar.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Drivers Licence
