TRADEgear is a market leader in professional painting tools and accessories. We are growing fast, and we are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to start in the Sydney Metro region.
The Difference? Most sales jobs require you to sit in an office making cold calls half the day. Not us. We have a dedicated internal team of Appointment Setters who plan your route and book your meetings. Your job is to get in the van, get on-site, demo the gear, and close the deal.
What You Will Do:
* Drive the Territory: Manage a fully stocked Mobile Showroom (Van) across Sydney.
* Show & Sell: Perform hands-on demonstrations of our painting systems and accessories.
* Consult: Help professional painters solve problems with the best value tools in the market.
* Grow: Convert the appointments set for you into loyal, repeat customers.
What You Bring:
* Sales DNA: You love the thrill of the close and building relationships face-to-face.
* Technical Aptitude: Experience in the Paint, Hardware, or Construction industry is a massive plus.
* Organization: You can manage your own day, keep the van tidy, and update the CRM on the go.
* Valid Driver's License: Essential.
