Driven by honest values and an amazing culture, we're out to unleash the potential of every team across Australia.As our Consultant, Digital Engineering you will be part of our Financial Services Technology team – based in the Melbourne office.Your key responsibilities:Performing to a high standard on chargeable client engagements such as supporting an Insurance client, acting as a technology support specialist, resolving technical issues, and owning the onboarding process with a team of upwards of 25 agents and 50+ onboarding events across a large time period.Expanding and leading in innovation such as with the AI Taskforce, performing project management and Scrum master duties, enabling implementations like prompt engineering, and designing and presenting new documentation to several stakeholders.Performing software engineer duties on various projects, including designing DevOps strategy and execution on continuous integration pipelines, and implementing Backend APIs in Microservices architecture using AWS ECS and CodePipeline.Participating in and assisting with internal firm projects such as APAC FSO Cloud bootcamp and leading initiatives for Women In Technology clients.Assisting in the creation of Business Development proposals for Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management clients, advising on software best practices, DevOps, and AI best practices.Continuously upskilling and updating own knowledge base, evidenced by achieving various certifications and performing exploratory learning.Networking with team members across Digital Engineering and developing professional relationships.What we can offer you:Explore how a career at EY is yours to build at how, when, and where you can work at about our commitment to DE&I at the various ways our benefits can cater to your needs, including 26 weeks gender-neutral paid parental leave at of CountryEY acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which EY offices are located around Australia.
