The exciting opportunity
* Permanent Clinical Nurse Manager role based at one residential aged care home in the South Metro area (no multi-site travel).
* Lead and support the on-site clinical team, oversee care delivery, quality indicators, AN-ACC, incident management and infection prevention and control.
* Drive clinical education, mentor RNs and care staff, manage complex care needs and contribute to continuous improvement and accreditation readiness.

About you
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and significant senior clinical/leadership experience in residential aged care.
* Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and clinical governance, including audits, incident investigation and quality improvement.
* Confident people leader who can coach, educate and hold teams accountable while maintaining a supportive culture.
* Skilled in managing complex clinical presentations, infection prevention and control, and documentation within electronic care systems (e.g. iCare or similar).
* Highly organised communicator who builds positive relationships with residents, families, GPs and the wider care team.
