The Position
* Monday - Friday, no weekends or after hours!
* Manage a small onsite portfolio
* Modern, cloud-based software
* NO LEASING OR TRUST ACCOUNTING DUTIES!
* Entry and exit inspections
* Routine inspections
* Arrears management
* Maintenance
* Landlord and tenant liaison
* Administration & adhoc duties
The Successful Candidate
* A minimum of 2+ years of Property Management experience
* QLD Certificate of Registration
* Strong legislation knowledge
* High level of attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
* Outstanding telephone manner & time management
* Corporate presentation
