City Venue Management (CVM) is now hiring Casual Swim Teachers, Lifeguards, and Customer Service Attendants to join our team at Centenary Aquatic Centre and Health Club.
These are casual positions with regular shifts available. We're looking for reliable team members who can commit consistently and bring energy, professionalism, and a safety-first mindset to every shift.

The Role – What You'll Be Doing

Swim Teachers
* Deliver fun, engaging swim lessons for children of all ages
* Build water confidence and essential life skills
* Promote water safety in every lesson
* Create a welcoming and positive experience for families
Lifeguards
* Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons
* Provide supervision of aquatic areas
* Respond to first aid situations and emergencies
* Deliver outstanding customer service on pool deck
Customer Service
* Welcome members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
* Process bookings and payments
* Support program enrolments and general enquiries
* Help create a warm, inclusive environment for our community
