What you will need to succeed:
* A positive attitude and a strong desire to become a Commercial Property Manager
* Experience in residential property management (2+ years ideal)
* Confident communication style with the ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
* Results-focused, highly organized, proactive mindset
* Proficiency in property management software and reporting tools, with the ability to follow systemised processes that drive efficiency
* Strong understanding of numbers, financial concepts, accounts and budgets.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
* Current registration as a Property Manager in Western Australia
* A current WA Driver’s License
* Ýour own registered and reliable motor vehicle
* Eagerness to grow in a friendly, supportive, professional and forward-thinking team
