Senior Insurance Executive
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Insurance Executive to lead our insurance business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will champion the interests of our clients and help them access smarter finance, better insurance, and the support they need to grow.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an insurance professional with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams. You will train and develop junior brokers into confident, capable commercial advisors, manage the broker team, and personally write larger, more complex commercial policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and leading a team of general insurance brokers
* Training and mentoring junior brokers to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the broker team, including staff management and performance
* Coaching and developing the skills of other team members
* Writing and closing mid-market and larger commercial policies
* Driving performance standards and quality outcomes through effective leadership and coaching
* Enhancing CRM usage and operational discipline within the team
* Maintaining strong relationships with insurers and underwriting partners to secure competitive outcomes
* Contributing to growth strategy and expansion plans
