We’re currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse (CN) for a short-term contract within a Child and Youth Mental Health Service in regional Queensland. - Dates: 9 June – 6 July 2025 - Hours: 76 hours per fortnight (Monday–Friday) - Focus Area: Community Mental Health – Child & Youth - Driver’s Licence: Essential - Police Check: General Criminal History Check required Ideal Candidate Will Have: - Minimum 2 years' experience in community and child/youth mental health - Ability to work independently in a community-based setting - Strong interpersonal and assessment skills Mandatory Compliance Documents: To be considered, candidates must provide all of the following: - Current resume (recent and relevant experience required) - 2 professional references (from nurse-grade supervisors within the last 6–12 months) - Valid AHPRA registration (must not expire during contract) - Clear photo ID (passport or driver’s licence – current) - National Police Check (within 3 years) - Immunisation evidence: MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Pertussis (within 10 years) - Mandatory training certificates Mandatory Certificates: - Basic Life Support - Child Abuse & Neglect (SaFE Module 1) - Code of Conduct & Fraud Control - Cultural Awareness - Cyber Security Essentials - Fire & Evacuation Instructions - Hand Hygiene & Infection Control - Medication Safety - Occupational Violence (awareness only) - Patient Handling Fundamentals - Domestic & Family Violence Training - Work Health and Safety To Apply By clicking on 'Apply Now' you will register your interest to work.
