Key Responsibilities
Prepare and treat surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming
Apply paints, stains, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications
Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working order
Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times
Work collaboratively with team members and other trades to meet project timelines
Follow all company safety standards and site procedures
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Painter within the construction or renovation industry
Excellent attention to detail and workmanship standards
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Current White Card (required)
Own tools and reliable transport (preferred)
