The Role

We’re looking for a part-time Assistant Store Manager in Sunbury to play a pivotal role in driving store success. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help deliver exceptional customer experiences while boosting sales performance.

If you have a background in customer service and sales and enjoy achieving goals, this is the opportunity for you. This role offers monthly and quarterly bonuses, giving you the chance to see your hard work recognised and rewarded.

Full training provided.

Working hours

- Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (29 hours per week)

We are open

- Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
- Saturday: 9am – 3pm

Some flexibility may be needed.

About you

- Experience in sales and customer service
- Keen to learn and grow
- A team player who’s hands on and ready to get stuck in
- Self motivated and able to work independently when needed
- Positive problem solving skills and a can do attitude
- Goal driven with strong communication skills
- Physically fit with a driver’s licence
