We're on the hunt for two Entertainment Digital Marketing Coordinators to join the Australian Venue Co. entertainment team, working across touring acts, live events and nightlife experiences nationwide. These are junior roles suited to someone with 1‐2 years experience who wants to build a career in entertainment marketing. You'll work across some of Australia's busiest pubs, bandrooms and nightlife venues helping bring campaigns to life and getting people through the door.

Entertainment Digital Marketing Coordinator – Comedy & Club Nights
Work across comedy tours, DJs, club nights, nightlife programming and late‐night entertainment experiences. This role suits someone tapped into internet culture, nightlife trends and social‐first content.
Entertainment Digital Marketing Coordinator – Live Gigs
Work across touring artists, bands, live music venues and gig campaigns nationally. This role is perfect for someone passionate about live music culture and the fast‐moving world of gigs and touring.
One minute you could be writing copy for a national touring act or comedy show, the next you're building eDMs, scheduling social content, jumping on trends, or helping push a last‐minute sold‐out event. If you're obsessed with entertainment, understand internet culture, have a sharp eye for content and know how to make people actually care about an event online, keep reading.
What you'll be doing
* Creating and scheduling social media content
* Writing engaging copy for socials, event listings and eDM campaigns
* Building and sending eDMs across multiple venues and entertainment brands
* Supporting paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
* Monitoring campaign performance and using insights to improve results
* Helping grow audiences, engagement and ticket sales across our entertainment portfolio
* Keeping up with trends in music, comedy, nightlife and social media
What we're looking for
* 1‐2 years' experience in digital marketing, social media or content
* A genuine interest in live entertainment, nightlife and entertainment culture
* Strong copywriting skills and a good understanding of social‐first content
* Experience managing Instagram and Facebook accounts
* Experience building eDM campaigns
* Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple events at once
* Someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and doesn't panic when things change quickly
* Basic understanding of paid social advertising
* Experience in hospitality, entertainment, venues or events is highly regarded
