Full-Time Receptionist – Ascot Veterinary Surgery

Ascot Veterinary Surgery is seeking a friendly, organised, and compassionate Full-Time Receptionist to join our dedicated team.

As the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy clinic.

About the Role:

* Full-time position offering regular hours
* Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
* Managing appointments, phone calls, and emails
* Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting veterinarians and nursing staff with administrative tasks

About You:

* Previous reception or customer service experience (veterinary experience highly regarded but not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A genuine love for animals and commitment to their care
