The Opportunity
TheBusiness Operations Managerworks under broad direction, leads a team, applies a very high level of discipline knowledge while undertaking complex project or specialist work.
TheBusiness Operations Managerprovides service of critical importance to a TAFE SA faculty, or correlated workgroups.
The incumbent plans, organises, directs and evaluates to determine goals and priorities within the framework of the corporate objectives of TAFE SA.
This role requires a capacity for original thinking, creativity and the exercise of significant levels of independent judgement.
The role is predominantly operational.
What We're Looking For
Experience in actively influencing workforce effectiveness, including managing performance of a business area & team.
Proven ability to prepare high level/sensitive written materials and present and influence stakeholders at varying levels.
Demonstrated success in managing a quality client service to achieve workgroup goals/objectives through the management of competing priorities.
Experience in compliance with legislation/policy and ability to interpret and apply processes.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
